Outdoor Dinosaur Dig Party Decorations
- “Welcome to the Dig Site” Sign
- Create a wooden or faux stone sign at the entrance saying:
“Welcome Paleontologists!” or “Jurassic Dig Site – Authorized Access Only!” - Add some toy dinosaurs or bones peeking out of the ground near the sign.
- Excavation Pit
- Set up a large sandbox or kiddie pool filled with sand. Bury plastic bones, dino eggs, and small dinosaur toys for the kids to dig up.
- Border it with caution tape, mini cones, or wooden crates labeled “Fossils” or “Top Secret.”
- Dino Footprints
- Use chalk or washable paint to make large dinosaur footprints leading from the driveway to the backyard.
