Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- Red velvet cake (boxed or homemade)

Steps:

- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer cake and mousse in clear shot glasses.

Steps:

- For caramel: heat sugar and butter; add cream and salt. Simmer until thick.
- Pour over shortbread, cool completely.
- Cut into “gold bars” and decorate with edible gold.
