Materials Needed:
- Cones or pool noodles for zig-zag running
- Hula hoops for jumping
- Tunnels (play tunnels or cardboard boxes)
- Mini hurdles or ropes to crawl under
- Printed “Mission Complete” badge stickers
Rules:
- Children complete each station in order as fast as they can.
- Emphasize fun over speed—encourage cheering for each other.
- Time each child or run it in groups.
Prize:
- “Top Trainee” sticker or small superhero medal
- Everyone gets a “Graduated from Hero Academy” sticker
- Shield Toss
Materials Needed:
- Plastic frisbees decorated as superhero shields
- Cardboard targets with villain faces or rings cut out
- Marked tossing line
Rules:
- Each child gets three shield tosses to hit the target.
- Score 1 point per hit or assign points by target difficulty.
- Let younger kids stand closer.
Prize:
- Mini frisbees, comic-themed erasers, or a “Sharpshooter” bracelet
- Catch the Villain (Tag Game)
Materials Needed:
- Velcro belts or capes for “villains”
- Open outdoor space or safe indoor playroom
- Superhero music playing in background
Rules:
- One or two kids start as the “villains” with removable tails or capes.
- Heroes must “catch” villains by grabbing their tail.
- Rotate roles every few minutes so everyone gets a turn.
Prize:
- Temporary tattoos, small toy figures, or stickers for all players
- Super Strength Test (Tug of War)
Materials Needed:
- Tug-of-war rope
- Grass or mat for safety
- Marked center line
Rules:
- Divide kids into balanced teams.
- On “Go,” teams pull to try and get the center line past their marker.
- Best of three rounds wins.
Prize:
- “Strongest Team” mini medals or foam muscle arm bracelets
- Laser Maze Crawl
Materials Needed:
- Red yarn or crepe paper
- Tape
- Hallway or room entrance
Rules:
- Create a “laser field” by taping yarn across a hallway or between chairs.
- Kids must crawl and climb through without touching the “lasers.”
- If they touch, they go back to the beginning.
Prize:
- Glow stick bracelets or “Stealth Agent” cards
- Hero Code Hunt
Materials Needed:
- Printed clues or “mission cards” hidden around the area
- Envelopes with codes, puzzle pieces, or pictures
- A final location with small reward bags
Rules:
- Kids work in teams or solo to find hidden clues and solve the “mission.”
- Each clue leads to the next with a small riddle.
- At the end, they find a locked “training reward chest” (a decorated box of prizes).
Prize:
- Small toys, hero bracelets, or snack packs inside the reward chest
- Cape Decorating Station (Creative Activity)
Materials Needed:
- Felt or fabric capes
- Foam stickers, markers, fabric paint
- Tables and drop cloths
Rules:
- Kids design their own superhero capes.
- Supervision helps with glue and paint.
- Let them wear their creations for the rest of the party.

- The cape itself becomes their take-home prize
